“Client Portal” means a secure platform used by GGA and its clients to securely exchange documents and information.
“You” or “Client” refers to any user of the website or recipient of GGA’s professional services.
“ATO” means the Australian Taxation Office.
“Taxable Supply” has the meaning given under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
“Terms” refers to these Website Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
“Services” means the professional accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services provided by GGA as outlined in an agreed Letter of Engagement.

“Force Majeure” means an event or circumstance beyond a party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, labour disputes, or internet and utility outages, which prevents that party from performing its obligations.

About GGA
GGA is a certified practising accountant and registered tax agent that provides accounting and taxation services to individuals, businesses, partnerships, and trusts through qualified accountants and tax professionals.
Use of the Website
- You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes related to engaging professional services.

Client Engagement

Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy if services are not delivered with due care and skill or fail to achieve their intended result.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site is the property of GGA unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or republish any part of the website without prior written consent.

- If a taxable supply is made under or in connection with these terms, the client must pay the GST in addition to any consideration payable.
- GGA will provide a valid tax invoice for all taxable supplies.
Clients are responsible for any applicable government charges, duties, or taxes imposed in connection with their use of GGA’s services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective once posted on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) Register and Complaint Process
The TPB maintains a register of tax agents and BAS agents which can be accessed and searched here. The register contains details of registered, suspended, and deregistered tax and BAS agents.
If you have a complaint about a tax agent service that we provide, we encourage you to seek to resolve it with us by sending your complaint directly to [email protected] and mark your email with a subject line indicating it is a complaint. You can also make a complaint to the TPB in accordance with their complaint process via https://www.tpb.gov.au/complaints.
